Due to its mountain range that intersects the country from the North to the South, Costa Rica has some rivers with excellent conditions to enjoy exciting rafting tours. Maybe the best of these rivers is called Pacuare and it is to this river where we bring you for an unforgettable one-day white water rafttrip.

You will be picked up early in the morning and after a scenic ride a delicious breakfast will be served. Then you will be transferred to the put-in sit at Pacuare river. Before starting the 18 miles trip you will get an extended instruction from the guides. The river has class III and class IV rapids. The scenery is breathtaking. Lunch is served underway. Near the little town of Siquirres ends the tour; here you will get opportunity to change clothes.

After the raft expedition you will be taken to your hotel in San José again.

What to bring?

• Light jacket
• Swimming suit
• Sandels (or water shoes for during the rafttrip. You cannot use flipflops)
• Walking shoes

• A sweater (something warm after the rafting trip)
