Sustainable conduct for tourists

For most people it is obvious that we have to protect nature and natural resources as much as possible. What we do have to understand better is, that we are not doing this only for ourselves, but mostly for our future generations. In this respect we can say that sustainable tourism is a form of development, whereby the needs of present generations are being satisfied whitout jeopardizing the possibilities of future generations to satisfy theirs.

This vision of sustainability takes into account not only the protection of nature and the enviroment, it is also concerned with longterm economic viability and social justice. In other words the three main areas any sustainable develompment are: nature and enviroment, local culture and their social structures, and finally the economic fair balance between participants in any economic activity.
