Hoi allemaal.Via deze ongebruikelijke weg wil ik jullie nog even bedanken.Onlangs waren we nog op jullie kantoor,en begonnen we aan onze 4de keer de 18 daagse(groep van 2 jan.)van Fox.Vooral willen we laten weten dat Fe(weet volle naam niet meer) het fantastisch heeft gedaan,aandacht voor iedereen,veel kennis,enthousiast,en een heel warm mens.Ze heeft onze 4de reis iets speciaal gegeven en denken daar nog veel aan terug en doe iedereen de groeten van ons.Theo,en Inge van Berne.

We had a tour of Costa Rica and Panama from April 16 till April 30. We wish to express our appreciation to our tour guide Noemi Clercx. We have made many trips in a lot of countries in the world, but we rarely had a tour guide who was so kind and considerate. We think that we need to tell this to you so that she receive the honor she deserves!

Hallo Karien, Astrid en alle anderen, Dank voor de fantastische reis! Harald en ik hebben een geweldige vakantie gehad. 1Piepkleine aanmerking. We konden niet in Manuel Antonio, omdat de dag dat we daar waren het park gesloten was.Nogmaals dank & veel groeten.
Siehe 6.: dickes Lob an die Organisation und die Veranstalter. Da wir spontan eine kleine Abweichung vom Plan vorgenommen haben, hat uns der Veranstalter vor Ort sehr nett und kompetent weiter geholfen.

Hallo Pauline,
We wilden je even bedanken voor een hele fijne vakantie. We zijn vanochtend weer thuisgekomen in een heel mistig en koud Nederland. Met jou reisbeschrijving is een GPS inderdaad helemaal niet nodig. In San Jose in een keer naar het hotel gereden zoals je al zei. In Rincon de Vieja waren we even in de war. In de beschrijving stond in het dorp links aanhouden maar dat bleek rechts aanhouden te zijn. Maar dat kan ook aan ons liggen ;-). Ze hebben ook stiekem nog een houten huis met twee verdiepingen langs de weg gebouwd. Dat is heel nieuw maar ligt een stukje eerder langs de hoofdweg aan het park. Uiteindelijk maakt het niet uit want er is niet eerder een weg naar links naar Aroma de Campo.We vonden dat een heel gezellig en fijn hotel. Op weg naar Rincon de Vieja zijn we gestopt bij een waterval waar je heel fijn kan zwemmen. De waterval Llanos de Cortes ligt langs de Panamerican net voorbij Bagaces. 3 kilometer daar voorbij over de brug van de Rio Piedras is een afslag naar links. Je betaald een bijdrage die je zelf bepaald om te parkeren/zwemmen en die gaat naar de lokale school.Al met al alles helemaal voor elkaar en we gaan zeker een keer terugkomen want er is nog zoveel meer te zien en te doen. Just wanted to say, Costa Rica is definitely one of the highlights of our trip in Central America! As a general rule we prefer to book everything ourselves but as we had such little time and wanted to see so very much we thought it would be wiser to see what was suggested.

You've truly outdone yourself! Not only did you take the information we had offered and make suggestions on it (the turtle watching you recommended out of Samara rather than further north at Tamarindo was fantastic...!!!) but the whole operation was organized with precision and you helped us make the most of our trip!!

Though we gave you very little time to plan it you were on the ball, and responded to emails immediately, and everything just worked like clockwork. The folder waiting for us in reception with all our vouchers and itinerary was so sweetly written up, the folder itself has made it all the way home to Australia despite us having so many souvenirs we paid for excess luggage! Pick-ups were all on time and comfortable, and the staff friendly and informative.

The hotels were fantastic, and though we were worried that we'd sacrifice on quality as the quote was cheaper than we expected, we found the hotels as a general rule charming and full of character (the Claro de Luna in Monteverde and our cabin at Lomas del Volcan in La Fortuna are our definite favourites...)! It was so seamlessly arranged and planned so well around the activities we'd asked were included that it didn't feel like an organised tour at all (were just wondering, did you arrange the toucanet in Arenal just for us??!)! All excursions arranged on our behalf were well managed and operated, and we had buckets of fun throughout our short week in Costa Rica.

Just wish to write and thank you for all your arrangement of our trip to Costa Rica! I suppose you are aware that the weather conditions were a bit disappointing at first, and my preconceptions of rain in Central America proved to be wrong - instead we had this Northern Europe type of dull, continous rain for the first days.

BUT: we had amazing experiences even then, and the weather improved. All your arrangement worked out excellent, nothing went wrong and all professionals (guides, drivers etc) were nice, helpful and interested. We lilked the hotels, clean and all with good gallo pinto! We went on some extra excursions in Monteverde, S:a Elena Reserve, husband did early bird-watching, horse-back riding for our daughter, she and her brother did zip-line, three of us went for the Trapiche tour (which was very interesting!).

After Monteverde we went to Manuel Antonio where the rest of the family united with us, and we finally went to Cartago to visit the family where our eldest daughter stayed when she was an exchange student some ten years ago. She has visited them several times, and kept in touch over the years. We all loved the country, and our youngest daughter are already planning to go to Costa Rica when she graduate from high school. She would like to take a combined language - surf course, and then maybe go to some volunteer project and stay about 6-12 months.
